So, what would be the best kind of baccy, do you think, to cover up the smell?

Thanks.
Edit: I suppose I'll include the picture I took.

Edit again: Image is broken, but I'm not going to move it to flickr or anything. So I'm just going to turn it into a link. (Mostly because I don't want my grandparents to see the picture!)

Having been a pro cook I have to say that melting the microwave like that is considered very bad form in the kitchen.Try some latakia heavy tobacco!

My step-mother burned our entire house down by pre-heating two pizza boxes at 350 degrees. (She put them in the oven the night before and forgot about them.)

Wow that is why Cynthia is not allowed in the kitchen at my house!
Bubba, when you've got a lady that looks like Cynthia, does it really matter whether she can cook?

Hey Phil, this is for your roomie.

You can't say that we aren't interested in continuing education, and helping out whenever we can.

Wow that sucks! But it's funny that it happened while making top ramen
Latakia will overpower almost any smell :D

Ouch!! That's going to be a pain to fix. Nothing lingers like burned plastic. That's going to be a tough smell to cover. I'd start by scrubbing everything in the room to get rid of the soot. And I do mean everything. Pay particular attention to the ceiling. Good Luck!
PS, you should have seen the look on my wife's face when I installed a smoke detector in the kitchen. For some reason she didn't think it was funny.

know anyone in the restoration business? See if you can borrow a small ozone machine. that will take any stink out of anything

Ozone generators are awesome, but Ozium air freshener is really pretty good too. It actually destroys a certain amount of odor, rather than just covering it up.

And it smells like froot loops.
