Autonomous killer drones? What could go wrong?

What we need is a bunch of armed killer drones programmed to protect us from these rogue killer drones. Then we will be safe.

kind of a shit title and tricky way of putting it. With out a direct and specific command. According to the article it did what it was supposed to do even if that is clearly a very bad idea. Basically other drones have to at least have a person say yeah kill that person, where this drone was designed not to do that. Rogue is certainly the wrong term in my opinion.

The drone was made by Turkey, not the leasing technology country in the world. Here's the thing. Human soldiers have killed civilians. Human soldiers have mistakenly shot their own fellow soldiers tens of thousands of times. War sucks, shit happens.
