Weber Merging?

Weber is like Zippo to me. Their charcoal grill is heavily used in my house. When something goes wrong, everything is easily resolved. When with warranty, no questions asked. I have parts exchanged for reasons beyond my control. Will the merge keep its reputation?

Weber started in the Chicago suburb I grew up in. If you ever find a grill at a yard sale that says "Made in Palatine, ILL" on the lid vent, buy it! The metal is thicker and the enamel is better (also available in colors in the early '60s).

That would be unfortunate. I have a few Webber products and I like them. They perform well and so far haven’t broken down like other cheaper products I had before.

I also have a black stone, which I’m not that impressed with.
