Weather Woes

This morning about eleven the weather lady came on tv with a tornado warning.She said for folks in my town to take cover immediately.There was a severe storn with a possible tornado coming straight at us.I've seen first hand how powerful these things can be so I was more than scared.Thanks to the big guy upstairs the storm weakened and there was no tornado.I'm still a bit shaken though.I hope all of you had a good day.

Glad a stupid tornado didn't wipe you out Puffy! I enjoy your anecdotes here on the forum and unlike Dorothy I don't think you'd end up in Oz. Tornados are scary I have only experienced one in my lifetime and that was enough for me!

Glad it missed you mate. Here in NS Canada we have been getting alot of Hurricane and High Tropical storm winds the last few years. Gulf of St Lawrence has been warming up so there is not as much cold air to calm them down before they hit us. Not looking forward to the future storms intenifying.

Hey Puffy, my brother lives in NC. Sorry to hear it - that has got to be one of the scariest things to have to deal with.
