I've jonesed pretty badly for a Blowfish pipe for awhile now but none have either crossed my path at the right moment or were gone when they did. I came across this Wallenstein and while it's not a Blowfish it is interesting and somewhat fish like so I nabbed it.

Wow fish, I do admire the artistry, and I do like some of my pipes a little "out there", but this might be just a little outside my own personal comfort range. Sui generis to be sure, though, and for that reason alone I understand how you could be attracted to it. Mr. Wallenstein certainly does march to the beat of his own drummer. I can't wait to hear your report on how she smokes.

I think that's the first free hand/ non-classic shaped pipe I would actually love to own and smoke. I think I would just sit at hold it and stare at that blast for hours. Enjoy that one Fish!

Pipe arrived moments ago and to say I'm thrilled would be an understatement! It's fabulous and photos do no justice to the finish work go over it in one direction and it feels like an egg shell but go over it in the opposite direction and it feels like tiny little soft grains of sand like one would feel on a dry beach, it's truly breathtaking and can't wait to figure out what to smoke in the Dragon Wing Nosewarmer!
