Vintage carved briar pipe.

I have a friend who has possession of his grandfathers carved briar pipe (human head /face). My buddy would like me to clean it up for him, so he can smoke it. At some point it had either a metal wind cap or a briar hat, but that is long gone. I would love to replace it for him, but there aren't alot of options there and I checked fleabay. I was hoping maybe someone on the forums knew where I could find one of these options. Or maybe someone has a hat and no pipe it belongs with.

I will take a picture today and post it as well.
