Villiger Cocktail Hour

This tobacco has taken me by surprise as I thought it would be a sweet aromatic. It tastes more like a slightly sweet burley.It is a mixture of small coins and long strands of light amber and darker brown tobacco. Moist out of the tin I dried it for 15 minutes to 1/2 hour prior to smoking. Burned well and smelled nice with a hint of fruit and raisin.Reminiscent of Orlik Golden slices.I enjoyed this blend and will likely order again.

I just got a tin of Villiger Cocktail Hour, I figure I'll try to knock out 6 other opened tins before I open this on. I am lookin forward to the next wave of fresh tins.

I have a tin of that, that I got from a friend that is a year old. I also got a tin of Mid Day about the same age. I've yet to try either.

I had a tin of 1888 Mid Day, it was a bit too sweet for my tasting, I had to lighten it up with some cavendish. Haven't tried the other blends, but the price is right!
