Victory Pipe Craftsmen in the heart of Chicago IL was responsible for the Cellini pipe and pipe shop. This Cellini caught my eye not only due to having a bamboo shank but that it appeared oval in shape which when I received it I saw that it had been sanded and you could see the power fibers where the enamel had been sanded off. Some type of varnish was used to seal it and it has fared quite well considering the shop closed back in 1991 after 60 years in business.
