Have anyone had any luck with using parcel forwarding services for pipe tobacco before? The UK won't ship to the United States and I was wondering if I would be able to get it shipped to Germany and then forwarded to the US. Any laws or issues around doing this?

Most freight forwarding companies I know of will not work outside of their customs borders. In otherwords those in Germany will likey not ship outside the EU. Additionally, I dont know that you can get a UK shop to ship to the EU. Post Brexit everything entering the EU from the UK has customs processing and fees. There are laws that limit the amount of tobacco entering to the point that it would not be at all cost effective.
So unless Im wrong (and I dont think I am) there are many laws, fees and issues with doing what you are trying to do. Everyone wants their tax dollars so its set up to be difficult on purpose.
In my estimation your only real solution is a private individual, not a business. Every UK vendor I see will not ship outside the UK. Even if you found a shop its a potential problem. You have to ask yourself how many times you want to pay for shipping and customs (if its not seized).
