US to Australia Pipe Tobacco Inquiry

Anyone have an opinion on the better of 2 carriers: UPS or USPS, for shipping a small 1.5 oz. gift bag from the US to Australia? Please feel free to PM me. I'm a newbie to this and haven't done it before. But I'm hoping to get my pkg of a burley blend soon that @Briar Lee mentioned recently and want to share a little with a forum buddy for him to sample. Any thoughts will be appreciated

Don't mean to butt in just wanted to help. Did some snooping on the web. Seems as of July 2019 an importing permit from ABF is required to be legal. Not sure what that entails just have a link.

I think you basically have to be a business, I'm pretty sure the individual would not be approved.

That's not taking into account the tariff of about $1500 AUD per kilo...
