Underserved Pipe Community

Curious on what the forum feels question.
In what department does you as a Pipesmoker feel is underserved as far as the accessories dept. goes?
Is it pipe racks, sub $100 quality pipes, tobacco storage?
Please fill me in.

I can find everything I need easily enough so I'm not feeling underserved. Under suspicion, maybe.

I think someone needs to develop a shank brush that doesn't bend the second you put it into your shank. Something much much stiffer would make shank cleaning much easier.

I happen to be in a place and situation where pipes and tobacco are quite available, along with accessories, several pipes shops, and ready online retail, plus a good pipe show nearby. However, from Forums, it's clear that many places offer few or none of these. I think we all feel the absence of public space where we could smoke a pipe, whether a park or indoor or outdoor dining or drinking area. My local independent pipe shop allows smoking and has a table with chairs for this, but the chain pipe shop at the mall is no-smoking.
