I was looking for some penzance and while it's out of stock, 4noggins listed there 8oz bag of penzance for 59.95???

No mate, you were looking under the "Consignment" Tobacco. That is where ppl sell their baccy for outrageous prices. 4noggins is only about $28.00-$29.00.

If you put it into perspective, I think that if you like Penzance than $60 is not an outrageous price for 8 ounces of the stuff. It is actually a good deal, and that is why it is "out of stock" if you click the link.
Supply and demand being what it is, that stuff isn't going to last at any reasonable price.
I always step back and consider that a 2oz pouch of Amphora is over $30 around here - effectively double the asking price for the Penzance - so things can definitely get more expensive...
