Just an fyi, there are several shops out in the greater Portland area. I hit a couple of nice one's. 82nd Avenue Tobacco & Pipe, smaller shop with a fairly good selection of tin and bulk tobaccos (some bulk blends you don't see very often) and pipes, very competitive pricing and that's coming from a dude that lives here in the Midwest. Also the other one Cascade Cigar & Tobacco which has a most impressive cigar inventory. Their pipe tobacco from is from the the usual source, again some blends that were unique and they also have some really nice original blends they make themselves, again not too hateful on pricing
