I got lucky this week and added two new Scott Thiles to my rotation.
The first is a beautiful bamboo-shanked Dublin in a contrast blast. Scott reached out to me about this one because I’ve been wanting a pipe like this from him for a couple of years now.
The other is one that was up on smokingpipes. A compact but beautifully proportioned Straight Bulldog in a natural blast with an Ivorite accent.
I am a big fan of Scott’s work (I now have four of his pipes and plan to get more) as well as the man himself. He has always been very kind and gracious and I look forward to having a smoke with him one day at a pipe show.
