I took the advice of the illustrious @Chasing Embers and bought some to try. After a year in the cellar I finally got around to trying some. Opening the tin, Latakia was my first perception, followed by a subtle chocolate topping.
The broken flake burns clean, and packed more of a wallop that I was expecting. I’d characterize the topping as light and the nic as a medium.
