Big blasted volcanos can sometimes be found under the 500 dollar range, but I've rarely seen them. I have a couple of Tsuge's smaller pipes and they do make a great smoker.

That's a beautiful pipe!! I LOVE a lot of the Truge Ikebana line. You picked a stunner! Love the color contrast! I loved the shape before I knew what it was and was surprised to learn a couple of my favorites pipes were in fact volcanos. Congrats!! Good taste! BUY IT!

Thanks Nate. I really do love it, but like I said, $540 is just too much to allow me to pull the trigger on this one at the moment. I have been successfully suppressing my PAD since July 31st when I bought this PS Studio Brandy.

If the good Lord intends this pipe to be mine, then it will have to stay on smokingpipes for a while longer.

That Brandy is an awesome pipe!!! Reasonable pricing makes it double so!! You've got good taste! I have a propensity for pushing others towards excessively expensive pipes to justify my own stupid expenditures. In the beginning (a year ago) I bought a few seriously expensive (for me anyways) pipes which now sit in my display case, pretty and unsmoked for fear of damaging them. Not very wise spending. If misery loves company, certainly broke loves it as well
