NO.
Why bother with so much choice around ?

I have had no problems with my pipes clogging up as they are cleaned immediately after each smoke.
One of my old Britwoods did get clogged up with pipe cleaner fluff because it has a very narrow bone tenon. I changed my brand of cleaners - problem solved.

This Chinese made ivory pipe is the worst drilled (pierced drilling) pipe in my entire collection of @200

Bought when I was still a novice and flush with money from my first paid job

Rather than damning all “Western” pipes, I don’t recall seeing photos of your problematic pipe.

Is it a proper briar pipe ?
Or some contraption for substances other than tobacco ?

Please post photos of THAT pipe and the clogged filter and mouth piece and inner bowl and rubber “rings” so we can all see what is the cause of said problem(s).

We like to be of help whenever there is a problem

Yeah, you need to clean your pipes with a pipe cleaner after each use if they’re getting clogged. If you are doing that, and they’re still getting clogged, try inserting a pipe cleaner before you pack your bowl to ensure the draft hole doesn’t inadvertently get clogged. And lastly, it could just be the pipes you’ve bought. I personally haven’t experienced my pipes getting clogged or unusable and I pretty much use running the mill factory machine pipes.
