+1 Briar Shoppe. Very nice place with a lot of helpful people. One of my favorites when living in Houston. There used to be this place called Downing Street Pub, which was a cigar bar. Unfortunately it is now closed. It was nice place to have a pipe, some Scotch, and a tasty Reuben.

It's so very sad that those kinds of places have gone the way of the dodo. It's not long before we'll see smoking banned in the very smoke shops we buy from. Sad.
