Many regular pipe smokers are of the opinion that pipe tobacco should not be inhaled? The fragrance and aroma of the tobacco, rather just savoured in the mouth as you exhale?? I personally like to inhale that last little bit as I exhale!! Besides the health aspect, what are YOUR thoughts??

As an ex cigarette smoker, I inhale sometimes, espacially when I first awake and after a meal.

I don't inhale, but if you close your mouth and hold your nose, then exhale very hard you can blow the smoke out of your ears.
Try it. I'm not kidding.

My only inhalations are accidental. Usually when I'm doing something else like yardwork or handiwork and not paying attention. I don't like the feeling, and it doesn't add anything to the experience. I've never been a cigarette smoker, and if anything I'm trying to avoid the N.

I do like Bill Clinton.
And some of the lies I tell aren't true either!!!
I do inhale sometimes, but always try hard not to. However being a Nicotine junky, I sometimes have relapses.

I try to indulge in Vitamin N only once per pipe. I too have the occasional lapse.

As a former cigarette smoker, it's part and parcel to develop the kinesthetic memory to puff then inhale. I have to consciously resist the desire to do so.

If I decide to inhale it is always on the true light only. IMO if there are flavor additives they would be released into the smoke most intensely on the char, I have no evidence to support that opinion. It's just that, an opinion. Besides; I don't want to do anything that would interfere with that first excellent taste of a freshly lit blend.
