I noticed that mine had a pretty tight draw on it :-( found out
that it looked like a smaller than 4mm airway drill and that
there had also been some plastic still lodged up in the stem. If
you are careful and have a 4mm drill bit, hit it from the tenon
up the stem and go right before the bend (be careful not rush
the process or you will have a nice new airway you didn't really
want :-(
