Hey guys, just wanted to say this forum has been a great source of info to get started. My first few bowls were not as enjoyable as I would have hoped but now i think it's really starting to come together.

So fewer relights, much less to no tongue bite etc. I've found some pipes I have are easier to smoke than others and my preference is to smoke aromatics so i know that complicated the meaning curve. So just wanted to say thanks! Can't wait for my new savinelli to arrive. Only other issue I have is having to pay 50.00cdn/50g tin. Makes me jealous of you folks south of the border!

Welcome to the forums!
There is a very steep learning curve for pipes, that's for sure. I'm glad that some of our ramblings here were of help to you! I totally agree with you on the prices though, living outside Toronto myself. It always gives me a chuckle when Americans complain about the price of whatever tin, and it's a third of the price here.

Good for you. Just take it easy and let it come along. Relaxation is the idea.
