Nope. MacArthur was a cigar smoker. The pipe was only for show when he was performing on stage.... which was almost always.

On a serious note, I think you’d need to break it down between profit and not for profit.
On the not for profit side there’s a bunch. Jon Guss, the Vigs, Craig Corbine, daveinlax, Regis McCafferty, Jesse, Jim, and a couple dozen more if I gave it a minute's thought.
Guys who are putting in hours actively adding to our knowledge and enjoyment, with no direct compensation.
