The Last Thing I Remembered....

It was a great afternoon- fired up the Big Green Egg to cook a tri-tip, loaded a bowl with some Esoterica Stonehaven that arrived this week, and popped the tops on a couple of incredible 9% ales. I had the misfortune to reach the bottom of the second ale and the pipe at the same time...A memorable combination...

Harris, ten minutes after we talked, I threw a half flake of Stonehaven in the grill to give it a little kick...tasty! (BTW- you warned me to smoke Stonehaven in a small bowl- you ain't kidding brudda!)

Heh, in addition to the Stonehaven La Fin du Monde will kick you in the ass too. I have had more than my fair share of run-ins with the spins courtesy of my favourite beer from Quebec. It is, however, a lovely beer to pair with Stonehaven.
