The final Calabash is a collaboration between Pipemakers Davorin & Altinok. Denovic made the gourd body from black Morta and sandblasted, he also made the stem and end cap. Sinan Altinok is responsible for the intricately carved Meerschaum bowl, I was fortunate to obtain the first one of these pipes which are now carried in their inventory. It is filled with 3 coins of Cask 7 for the final smoke of the day. I never clench my pipes since they can comfortably sit hanging from my top teeth and resting on my bottom teeth, this behemoth has to be clenched, or hand held but it is a dream to smoke, keep it smokey everyone.

Banjo, I am floored, as that is one of the most beautiful pipes I have ever seen! The combination of dark black morta and creamy meerschaum is visually stunning. The basketweave carving of the meerschaum is perfect for that pipe, just perfect. Your collection is museum quality and I don't say that lightly.

That is one gorgeous pipe, but I hope it is way lighter weight than it looks. Otherwise, it is strictly to be smoked in hand. Looks like four ounces plus.

Four ounces I can handle w/o clenching this is way more and the only pipe I have to clench, it is more comfortable holding it in your hand for sure.
