He was arrested for failure to obey court-ordered conditions of release. As it was Washington state, it was probably for ordering on-line pipe tobacco from 4Noggins.
In Washington when your punch card for ten felony convictions is full they give you a seat in the legislature. After 50 you become governor. After 500 you own the Seahawks. Nobody’s gotten there yet but they’re getting close.
