I've used smoke-king and J.N Barber (smoke.co.uk) with success. Both spot in shipping, decent selection and fair prices. Also, the Barber B-Line pipes are fairly good.

I've also put in a couple of orders from smokingpipes.com, and been pleasantly surprised by the speed of delivery.
