I’ve played this site close to the vest for a while... but it’s time to spread the love. This post could fall under tobacco discussion/cigar discussion, so I thought I’d just make it general.

Cigarbid.com has incredibly good prices on cigars, and occasionally lower-ish end pipes, accessories, and tobaccos. I’m not affiliated in any way, they’ve just saved me a crap load of money.

Personally, I don’t like to bid on things, I only use their “freefall” listings. The price will start high, drop down until it bottoms out at a given dollar amount, and then reset high. If you watch 3-5 freefalls you’ll get an idea of where it bottoms out.

I’ve gotten all of my cigars the last 2 years from them at ridiculously low prices, and they’ve all arrived exactly as advertised, in excellent condition. Typically I get Alec Bradley’s, Cohiba’s, and Gloria Cubana’s for less than $3 per stick.

The one tobacco that they have regularly is 8 oz. cans of Plum Pudding. I just cellared 1 lb of it for less than $50! If you love SPC PP, or mid-range cigars... get these deals while they’re hot. I don’t know how they can offer these prices, but they’re absurdly good.

Seriously, I’m not spamming. Speaking from personal experience. They have outrageously good prices on some things, if you know what you’re looking for. Just trying to help my fellow tobacco users out.

Some sales at P&C often bring the 8oz. tins of Plum Pudding down to $20. Plus you can always get a pound if Balkan Supreme for less than $40.

You can set up shipping to get combined for certain days of the week, which is what I do. I’ll order a few things over a weekend, and get shipping combined for a certain day of the week, say Tuesday.

@chasingembers all good points. However, SP currently has 8 oz tins of PP for around $43 I think? If you don’t want to wait for a sale once or twice a year, this site pretty much always has it on deck.

@chasingembers I don’t have hundreds at a time to spend on tobacco, most paychecks. I like to get it a little at a time, at my convenience.

Which also brings up a good point, cigarbid usually has a max of 2 or 3 lots per purchase on most items I’ve seen. Not sure if that’s per hour, per day, or what.

I sense the ruffling of some feathers with this thread... and I’m not sure why that is. A few tins of PP or a cheap Stanwell here and there isn’t gonna make the folks at SP or P&C go hungry.

Fair enough. I only purchased large quantities once or twice per year while still in the game. Will definitely check their cigar stock though.?

All feathers in place here, I'm just a cheap ass.?
