Well they have recently thought they might have found Amelia Earhart's Lockheed Electra. So you never know. Given enough time they may find something.

I did read in the news earlier that somebody has a new theory about how the plane was ditched in the ocean. Not sure if they have an idea of where, didn't read that far.
