I ordered some tins and these will be arriving shortly today and I'd enjoy hearing your opinions. A couple of them have mixed reviews. Just some I wanted to try. Anyone sampled these? I'll probably add them to my tobacco cellar for a future sampling date.

I haven't had any of these. However, I have smoked most of the Peterson line and I am a big fan. I am sure Sunset Breeze will be good if you like these sort of blends. I am curious to get your feedback on the SG Jubilee. I am a fan of their Firedance Flake and have others to try. I saw this was just now available on this side of the pond but have been curious about it for a while.

Durham, the only one of those I have tried is the Kendal Cream, which I do enjoy. I find it similar to the Gawith and Hoggarth Kendal Flake which I buy in bulk. It has got a bit of that 'lakeland essence' that I have grown to really like. The underlying tobacco has some very woodsy bass notes, and a good bit of strength.
I find that after smoking lakelands for a while I stop tasting the topping, so I switch to virginia or burleys or vapers, then when I go back the flavor seems very pronounced. If you dig the 'essence' I must recommend the G&H rum flake and both of the lakeland chocolate flakes which are very good. If the essence is too strong, a good sit in the jar mellows it out. Also with a bit of age on it I also like the Glengarry flake.

I've had Sunset Breeze. It is a very popular aromatic among pipe men who enjoy a tasty aro. I enjoyed it very much. In fact, Sunst Breeze was my first tinned tobacco and it was also the first aromatic that made me say, "I'm actually tasting this!" While I haven't ordered another tin, it isn't because I don't like it; there are just so many tobaccos I want to try that I'm afraid I'll never get around to trying one more than once.

Thanks guys for the informative replies. They arrived and I popped the tin on the Dan's Liberty. All I'll say is if you like a soapy perfume taste you will enjoy this. I didn't.
I think I'm going to start buying with a new attitude. Because of the high price of tinned tobacco's I'm going to start buying blends not yet tried in 2 oz. bulk sizes. I have 6-8 tins I do not really care for that's just sitting around that will probably never be smoked.
