So these three blends I've been dying to try and I finally broke down and ordered them just after 2 PM on Friday from cupojoes.com. To my surprise they shipped early Saturday morning and by the time I got back into town today, they were waiting in my P.O. Box around 3 PM. I'm not sure if I just happened to do everything right or if the stars aligned, but it took one weekend to arrive! I will definitely be using cupojoes.com for my next order!

I have no experience with Special Reserve, but with the other 2 you are in for a nicotine blast ha ha ha. Both top notch tobaccos.

Very nice...of the 3 I've only had IF...and I'd definitely concur with ohin's analysis. Enjoy! :puffy:

I have a tin of NightCap that one of my clients gifted me but haven't opened it yet. Let me know how it is. I absolutely love Irish Flake, just finished a bowl. What brian64 and ohin3 said holds true. Take your time with that Irish Flake and for the love of all sacred things DO NOT rub it out. It is not bad by any means just a good strong smoke. Also makes the eyes water so no nose warmers.

So far all I've tried is the Irish Flake and...It was excellent! I did rub it out and I have to say it is what I've been missing as far as pipe tobacco goes. It was a full bodied, mellow smoke that didn't kick my ass, but wasn't too light either. I did quit smoking cigarettes about 6 months ago so I thought the nicotine would have hit me a bit harder, but it was hardly noticeable. Guess I'm the odd one out? Either way I look forward to trying the other two out as well as many more bowls of IF! :puffy:

Welcome to the world of Flakes and Peterson tobaccos! Some folks handle nicotine better than others. Irish Flake doesn't give me the spins anymore unless I'm having it for breakfast on an empty stomach with coffee, or after a few beers. It also depends what I smoke it out of. The little Pete System 317 really intensifies the effects for me.
