Sutliff Mocha Strips?

I ordered 1Lb of Sutliff Mocha Strips and kinda expected, ya know, strips… like flake… But what I got was 1Lb of Sutliff Mocha ready rubbed? Is this what it normally looks like, isn’t it a flake? Am I loosing my mind?
