I recently bought a very old looking Stanwell, with only STANWELL 830 L stamped on a flattened shank bottom. I just cannot find anything about this shape anywhere. The seller said the shape was linked to Ivarsson but I cannot find it. I will include some photos and I would love to hear your thoughts. Maybe tell me what year it was made, who came up with the shape, and any other fun things you might know. You might just want to tell me its a horrible pipe and that is ok. I plan to clean it up and smoke it.
