I've found St James Flake to be a little challenging to smoke due to the moisture content. Went to the beach today- smoked a blend while I let a couple of St James Flakes dry on top of the tin in the sun and wind...Rubbed it out an hour later, fired it up and smoked it to the bottom of the bowl...Obviously, I need to spend more time on the beach!
