St.Bruno Flake - Is This New Packaging..??

Standard outer packet but with a black plastic and foil sealed little tray??
Is this standard? or a new thing?
Never bought a pack before as I've only had it given to me in baggies. Took me by surprise today when in the baccy shop. I usually open all my tins infornt of the ownwer so he can have a sniff as he's a cigar smoker but I'm trying to convert him!

That's standard for the European market. Or was until recently. I think the tins are just for the American market.

I was able to buy St.Bruno only form UK, and that the only packaging I ever knew.

That's exactly how it comes when bought here in Cornwall.
