SP's Side Panel Ads Are Killing Me

Every so often I see a pipe I really like in Smoking Pipes side ad panels here on the site but, alas, when I click on the ad the pipe is nowhere to be found on their site.

Sometimes it's there but I have to scroll through the pipes to find it.

Sometimes it's shown under the already sold portion. ?

But every so often there is one that is nowhere to be found.

Case in point:

It was shown as a Savinelli Autograph but I can't find it. I can't even find it on the web through multiple reverse image searches. Really frustrating...

They are pretty big ads.

They are very effective ads. If a pipe is displayed and available at what I think is a reasonable price they get me probably 95+% of the time.

It just kills me to see a pipe I like in an ad without the ability to buy it. I'm sure it's some random computer generated thing using image from their database. For all I know the pipe above might not be a Sav and perfectly available on their site but the link is describing and taking me to the wrong thing. I just keep looking under the Sav section and therefore will never find it.

You can hit control/+ to increase the page text size. On my computer, it makes the two columns start to look awkward and out of proportion, but on the 6th or 7th click, at about 170% zoom, the bar on the left gives up and goes away.

I wish we had separate frames between the right and left columns that we could manually adjust to out personal preferences.

I do believe that’s a Savinelli Autograph. I think I saw it in an email from SP earlier this week. I’ll check back.

I’m pretty sure this is the only website ever where I have intentionally clicked on ads.
And multiple times at that.
