I am looking for any advice with respect to two pipes I own in need of repair.
First, I need a replacement mortice for a 25 year old SMS meerschaum. The old mortice fractured but I was able to extract the complete piece remaining in the stem without incident.
Second, I need a replacement tenon for a Rattry's Dark Ale. The filter (9mm) became inextricably lodged in the tennon and the tennon came out before the filter would budge. Removing the filter from the tenon deformed the tenon.
These are both small parts I imagine are meant to be replaced rather than ruining a pipe on the whole. If you can offer any advice or information on where I can find/ order parts like this please replay.
