So I recently celebrated my wedding anniversary, my birthday is soon, got a promotion at work and just plain old PAD are all my reasons for justifying my purchases. Sometimes having access to eBay on my tablet, phone and computer at home and work is a curse. The fact that I just happened to get everything below for less then $300 was just amazing.
I will start with my favorite. A S. Yanik panel meer. This is the best pipe I Have ever purchased. I love this thing. How it feels in my hand, the weight, and it is coloring very well. Pic is of it brand new. I will post in a few months of the coloring.

Next are a couple of meers I got from Briar Blues. The first is a Lattice Pipe that is just amazing. No makers mark on it but who ever made it has some amazing skill. The lattice is completely away from the actual bowl. The second is a nice little floral pattern. The details in all the leaves is just amazing.

This is a CAO meer. I have always really liked the detail in the eagle claw meers that are out there.

This one is a Lion Head. This pipe has barely been smoked. I really liked it when I saw it on eBay but now that I have it I think I may put up for sale soon. Just not my style. Still a really good pipe.

This one is a meer of Sherlock Holmes smoking a pipe. The night I had purchased this I had actually said I was done for a while and this was at the bottom of the screen as a recommendation when I went to pay for another pipe. I just had to have it. Never been smoked.

I have been wanting one of these for a while. They go for decent prices on eBay.

I know this not a pipe but it is baccy related. I got a set of meer cigar holders. Nice pattern on them.

So I have now promised my wife that this is it for now. :D We will see how long that lasts. Thanks for looking.

I really like the shape of the one with the leaves and red stem. I dig pipes that feel good in the hand but also clench well. Cause let's face it, nobody clenches exclusively, and nobody holds in hand exclusively. Well, they might, but I was taught to never say never and never say always.

Since it's not all pipes, would this be considered MAD? With all the meer talk lately, maybe this should be a separate category.

Wow you got some great stuff there. I can't believe you spent less than 300! I dig the one with leaves going up it.

Thanks guys. I have always really liked meer and feel I personally get a better smoke from them.
@rothnh - I am not much for the figural meers out there. The lion and the Sherlock homes were defniately out of the norm for me. I think I thought I was going to really like the lion one but its just not for me. However, the reason I got the Sherlock Holmes pipe was it was the first one I saw that I didn't feel the face was a bit goofy looking. Plus, how cool is a pipe of a guy smoking a pipe. Kind of a mirror of mirrors sort of thing.
@Ghost - "MAD" I like it and I think we need to add it to the list as a sub category to PAD. :D I think I will have another new disorder soon too. I just don't know what to call it "Zulu" or "Horn" Acquisition Disorder. We may need to vote on it. Every briar or meer pipe I see now that is a horn shape just make me start drooling.
