Went above and beyond for the ole "weez"! I screwed up an order late on Friday night, had stuff in the cart I was just looking at and hit order and pay. MY mistake, senior moment, called Saturday am and said can you help. Nice customer service rep says "let me try to catch it,it's all ready been packed". She caught it, fixed it, and took great care of me. Her name is Kaye Farinelli, Sykes, give this girl a raise!
