Smoke Shamrock Plug Tobacco

Hi Pipers. It's likely a stretch, but hoping someone may have an idea of the origin of this beautiful print that we've had in our family for a couple generations. Have you heard about Shamrock? I did some digging and found that Shamrock Plug Tobacco was a brand from Imperial Tobacco in Canada, but I don't know what the girl is all about or the artist Minette Perrault. Goes back to 1913. Maybe some of you with the insane tobacco cellars have some of this turn of the century Shamrock tucked away??

I have no idea about it but would like to tell you that I absolutely love your heirloom. Being of Irish descent myself I would love to find a piece like this to add to my study.
