Small Crack in Pipe

Anything I can do? I have a Ser Jacopo bulldog and at the joint were the stem meets the bowl I have a small crack. Do not know what to do.

Send it out to one of the competent repair shops listed in different posts. I use Mike Myers at Walker Pipe Repair, but there are other good repair shops. You can google search or just look through previous forum posts. A metal band will be placed around the shank to secure the crack and prvent further damage.

I packed mine with briar dust and super glued it. Then I sanded it down. It's only been a few months but it's still going strong.
If your not keen on that then I'd send it off for repair.

I have to add that I read the title as Some Crack in Pipe. I was thinking, where did the moderators go today. I guess I have had enough golden beer for tonight. My bad....

I tried taking pictures with my phone but the crack is hard to make out. I will have to wait until I get home to take some pics and send them out. Will make periodic updates. Thanks
