I usually like a bent pipe (from my experience) this half bent ,I am really enjoying it....so far worth the money

Depends on the shape.

Easily knocked over. Mine just reside in boxes when not in use.

They are typically not very stable. A brush of the hand you may find a broken pipe on the ground.

Sitters are OK. They have tendency to grow fat ass down the line, but steady diet of codger blends will keep it in manageable width.

@Lucashly I broke one of my clays tapping the ash out at the Battle of Nantwich; one of the Sealed Knot re-enactors showed my how to tap the ash out of a clay pipe without breaking it, by tapping it against the back of my hand!
