Site working on phone but not laptop

Anyone had this issue.
I’m not that tech savvy so I’m a little confused.
I’ve been using this site from my laptop for a while and all of a sudden it won’t load.
I’ve restarted, cleared history and cookies, tried different browsers, nothing is working.

Well, after a couple of days of not being able to access it, I now can.

Had the same thing. I think it had something to do with the certificate (whatever that means).
