Watch City announced today they are releasing "Simply Orange" next Thursday July 6th. This was available previously as a limited blend, but will be offered as a "full time blend" according to the e-mail. I mention this because I thought the prior iteration was terrific. It doesn't have orange topping, but is so named because of the predominance of orange virginia. (This reads like a commercial but I promise I really liked it). I will be there early, but I will save you some. Probably.

This inspires me to give a name to a blend my old uncle used to make. Middleton's Cherry Blend and Mixture 79, mixed fifty fifty and smoked in the cheapest, nastiest pipe you can imagine. From now on I think I'll call it "Simply Stupid". puffy

There is no sucha thing as a simple orange. Do you know how many different oranges are out there? My citrus growing friends are definitely gonna disagree. Calling it "A Navel Orange of Some Type" might have narrowed it down to 50 or so.
Or “Navel Outtie” ……

Or “Brubeck Cut The Chord” ;)

McClelland used orange & red Virginias in their Christmas Cheer 1997, '06, '08, 2010. Have to open one of them next!
