Simply Orange

Watch City announced today they are releasing "Simply Orange" next Thursday July 6th. This was available previously as a limited blend, but will be offered as a "full time blend" according to the e-mail. I mention this because I thought the prior iteration was terrific. It doesn't have orange topping, but is so named because of the predominance of orange virginia. (This reads like a commercial but I promise I really liked it). I will be there early, but I will save you some. Probably.

So true and my favorite are Temple Oranges. Those are insanely good.

I'll probably order some out of curiosity but their Simply Red and I don't get along as is the case with most red blends.

This inspires me to give a name to a blend my old uncle used to make. Middleton's Cherry Blend and Mixture 79, mixed fifty fifty and smoked in the cheapest, nastiest pipe you can imagine. From now on I think I'll call it "Simply Stupid".

McClelland used orange & red Virginias in their Christmas Cheer 1997, '06, '08, 2010. Have to open one of them next!
