Sign of a Healthy Forum: Fast Moving Threads with Multiple Responses

One of the things I like most about this forum is that it is not static.

You can post a thread and within minutes have a response, regardless of the topic. If you are away from the forum for a few days, you can miss out on quite a bit.

I have been posting in another hobby forum asking for help and advice, and there can be days between posts. It has made me appreciate this place all the more

Couldn't agree more. I'm on other boards for other hobbies - audio gear/music collecting, coffee/espresso, music discussions, etc. Many of these barely get a few replies per day on multiple threads. It's nice to know when I open PM or PSD there will be new discussions with input from multiple people

I’m on a fire investigation forum that I check once a month and am caught up in ten minutes, if I tried that here I’d give up after ten minutes.
