Yeah, I have to take some better pictures, too ... Anything mediocre won't make do for these awesome pipes :)

Okay, since my Trypis was within reach I'll post the first pic. Just a quickie iPhone shot so pardon the quality, but I get to also show off part of today's TAD order that came in...

As a side note, I'd like to point out the cap I am posting with a Lindner on it, I will be at the Rodmaker's Gathering at the Catskill Fly Fishing Museum this weekend, if anyone is in the Roscoe NY area the event is open to the public on Sunday and I'd be happy to share a pipe with anyone that can make it, I'll be wearing that cap, cheers.........

The pipes on the cap are a Lindner Bulldog on top and a Lobnik Apple on the bottom only the lone pipe is a Trypsis which I just smoked with Oriental Mixture #40.

Banjo, I broke in my first three Trypis pipes with Oriental #40. Did you find that the briar added to the juniper/piney notes in that tobacco? How'd that monster poker smoke for you?

Ok here it is out of almost 100 Trypis Pipes i sold most, gave away some but i only kept one for myself. I made that decision solely on how well it fits with my current collection. Anyway who cares i love it and here it is.

You may have seen this in previous pictures but this is the first of it alone. Along with my coffee mug of great stashes. Most of which are pipes smokers IE. Einstein and Mark Twain.
The Pipe is a Billiard/Chimney with a twin bore stem. Is has the Made In Canada and Trypis Marks however this particular pipe isn't graded. what that means? I don't know maybe he got lazy and forgot to grade a couple thousand pipes but ungraded Trypis pipes exist i know i sold a few lol. Doesn't make then any less quality or any less of a great smoker.
I hope to see more Trypis pipes in this Thread they really are underrated pipes.

Ok, I took a pic of my Trypis Freehand Bent. I love this pipe. Just smoked some Newminster Superior Round Slices in it. Excellent pipe and tobacco!

I've been waiting for to see the birth of this thread lol. I will definately post some pictures of all my Trypis'. I just need to take some better photos than a side shot. I'll post them in the next couple days. I want them in 'showroom condition' for their photo shoot so the regulars need a little shine put on them. I love my Trypis collection, some of them smoke better than my a few of my Brighams. I can honestly say, I have a Canadian collection, eh.

Here is my passel of Trypis pipes. Two are still works in progress. But I'm pleased with the breadth and scope of the collection.

Happy weekend!

I said that I would try to post some pics within a couple days but it's proving to be more of a chore lol. I've been busy running errands today and just being lazy taking my time. My daughter and I are going to drop some salt blocks off in the bush at my stands for the deer and she wants to see where I hunt. I plan on taking pics of my Trypis' and posting them after we get back and cleaned up. I really enjoy sharing my collection for others to see but finding time to share it is tough sometimes lol.
