I'm having some problems ordering from a particular site notorious for their good service to oversea clients but not very good on the customer service end. I used to order five 2 oz. tins or two 8 oz. tins every month and international shipping used to be 28.05 dollars. One day, it changed to 45 dollars. It was odd because I had been changing my order and it was 28 a moment before with the same quantity. I thought it might be an error, so I tried in another browser and got it to the old price. It worked two more times this way, but not anymore. Now I get the 45 dollars with any browser I use. They might have changed rates, I suspect there is a site malfunction.
