Seeking Info On An Unusual BBB

I recently acquired a BBB pipe that is all one piece of briar. It is quite small, just under 4 inches, and it’s billiard shape is accented on the front and back with subtle sharp ridges. The BBB triangle logo is the only marking it bears.

I can’t find a scintilla of information on this pipe or anything like it. Any light that can be shed by any resident BBB or old britwood experts as far as when it may have been produced, under what line, etc. would be much appreciated! Thanks!

As do I! Gives it a sort of nautical kind of look. Like a keel of sorts. Clenches quite well, especially given it’s particularly tiny size (12g) The bit is the slightest bit larger than I prefer, but plenty good.

lovely bro! I really like the softness of a briar stem, has the same sort of bite as horn. I put some tape on mine just to prevent any chatter.

I agree. I have a briar stemmed Genod that is quite comfy.

Seems to have been a thing during the first half of the last century. KB&B had all briar pipes and I own one made by Barling (of course I do...). The Barling's model numbers started with AW, which I guess means All Wood.
