Second Trip To Pauls Pipe Shop

I went to Pauls pipe shop again to day to pick up my free ounce of tobacco. The tobacco of the month is Italian Coffee, which smells great and tastes ok. I'm more of an english fan myself, but hey its free. I picked up a new pipe as well. Its stamped Whitehall Meerschaum Lined. Obviously it has a meer lined bowl. I was going to buy some baccy, but this sucker was marked 50% off so I got it for almost $19. My buddy also picked up a pipe. He got a bent Dr Grabow viking with a blue slightly rustificated bowl. He also got some baccy, he got peach cobbler. Its an aro, but he seems to like it and thats what matters. Heres some pictures

I don't get to Paul's anywhere near as often as I would like to. It's truly a classic old-time pipe shop.
Have you tried his Darwin Asa blend, uber? That's a pretty full English. I like it.

I haven't. I've only been there twice. But its on my list now. I'd like to go to the pipe club meetings there, but It's too far to drive. The Whitehall smokes real nice. I had a bowl of Mississippi Mud this morning. The Viking smokes pretty nice too. My buddy gave me a couple puffs off it.

I think if you can find a way to get there, it would be worth your while.

It's great to smoke and talk to some experienced smokers.
