French Genod pipes are only sold online at a few places. I found their website, which lists more styles that you can buy directly from them.

The website is French, but if you use Chrome, it has Translation built in.

These are some nice pipes at really low prices!

I have a few. Love them. Great pipes at a affordable price. They don’t get talked about too much. I only bought 1 from smoking pipes I believe a few years ago. My dad had some I inherited.

I dig the French pipe aesthetic , I’ve got some Butz and Ropp pipes, I reckon I prefer them over Italian and Danish pipes. They seem more classic to me.

The website only talks of him and another person by the name Jessica, which makes me wonder, are they the only two making the pipes?

The website should be in English, along with Social Media links because of the History Relation of Saint Claude France to the Pipe World. Genod and Saint Claude both play a big part in the world of History.

If I had to take a guess as the reasons none of this is being done, simply because of Tourism to the area.

Iwan Ries house pipes are now sourced from Genod as they were decades ago, and they go for about sixty bucks. I only have one Genod, a small bent egg with a good big chamber, not showy but a fine little smoker. The French established briar as a primary pipe material, and most of the classic "English" shapes were derived from the French, and French pipes continue to have handsome classic design. (Spell check always wants to call these pipes Genoa.) I repeat it too often, but it is true, French pipes are always beyond their price point in quality.
