If anyone can help with a name or a picture or anything I will love you!!!

I collect Ropp pipes, but not briar. I love the history of Ropp's Cherrywood series and any other of their odder/older pipes. I found a picture years ago of a multiple colored pipe, it was a multi layered composite bowl with a meerschaum insert. From what I can tell it was made by layering plywood(or a stronger equivalent) with colored sheet in between. the block is then carved into a pipe and given a meerschaum insert to protect the glued together bowl.

I haven't been able to find a picture in years let alone a listing. If anyone has one, or even has a picture would love some proof that this wasn't my imagination!

Yeah, unfortunately for the OP, this will likely get deleted.
Stick around though and you can get answers to all kinds of Q's over time.........

I looked through Pipedia, Pipephil, and Google images, and found nothing that matches your description. Best of luck with your search.

Are you sure it was a Ropp!? The only pipes that I am aware of that come close to your description but neither have a meerschaum bowl liner are this one and another very similar pipe (Volcano) held by a member of this forum.
